By creating an account or using PayNudge, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using PayNudge on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PayNudge lets you record clients and invoices, see what is unpaid or overdue, generate reminder messages in different tones, and send or schedule those reminders from your own connected email account. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
• Tell us promptly at [support@yourdomain.com] if you suspect unauthorised access.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, client details, amounts, due dates, and reminder messages you create in PayNudge.
• You must only send reminders for genuine invoices for work or goods actually supplied, to recipients who expect to hear from you.
• You must not use PayNudge for spam, harassment, threats, misleading claims, fraud, or unlawful debt collection activity.
• You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including email, privacy, and consumer protection rules.

• By connecting Gmail/Google Workspace or Outlook/Microsoft 365, you authorise PayNudge to send invoice reminder emails from that mailbox on your behalf.
• Reminders are sent using the content and schedule you configure; you remain the sender of record.
• You must comply with the terms of your email provider.
• You can disconnect your email account at any time in Settings → Email accounts, which stops PayNudge from sending on your behalf.

• PayNudge offers paid plans billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the service stays available until then.
• If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend or downgrade access until payment succeeds.
• Refunds are handled according to our stated refund policy and applicable consumer law. Contact [support@yourdomain.com] if something has gone wrong with a charge.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable advance notice before a change affects your renewal.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or unlawful content.
• Use the service in a way that damages the reputation or deliverability of PayNudge or other users.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You keep ownership of the clients, invoices, logos, and messages you add to PayNudge. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to render your dashboard and send your reminders. You confirm you have the right to store and use your clients' contact details for this purpose.

PayNudge relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail API and sign-in), Microsoft (OAuth and Microsoft Graph), Stripe (payments), and our hosting, database, and authentication providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services outside our control.

We work to keep PayNudge available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access. Where practical we will give notice of planned downtime.

PayNudge is a reminder and tracking tool. It is not a legal, financial, accounting, tax, or debt collection service, and nothing in the product is professional advice. We do not guarantee that reminders will result in payment, that every email will be delivered, or that any particular outcome will follow. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, PayNudge and [Your Company Name] are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using PayNudge and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or remain unpaid. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-app. Continuing to use PayNudge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
